Implementing a new accounts system

We understand that the thought of learning new software and setting up a new accounts package can be daunting. We are here to help and it’s a process we have helped every customer through.

We have a fully structured, step by step, process that we tailor for every individual customer.

  1. Once an order is placed your consultant will pass your details to one of our support staff who will be responsible for your company’s implementation.

  2. An individual Support member will ring and introduce themselves and get a better understanding of your requirements and targets. They will find out your timescale for getting up and running, discuss the individuals’ roles both in the going live process and the on-going use of CIA. They will then design and explain your step by step implementation plan covering everything from installation, to setting user access rights and your training.

  3. We create your companies database and set all security rights for your users

  4. Installation: as long as your network (if multi-user) or individual PC is set up we install the software for you, we install the live company/s and a practice company. You are free to play with the practice company as much or little as you like.

  5. Training: Full training is included with EVERY system, every company and individual is different, which is why we would have discussed at length your training requirements and planned who needs to be available at each training session.

  6. Support: The single most important factor for both a successful role out and continued satisfaction with the software is our support team.     1. We are available at the end of the phone (98% of calls immediately so there is no logging of calls and waiting).

    2. Our support staff are involved in the designing and testing of the software so they know the system inside out.

    3. We only sell to the Construction Industry so our staff are fully conversant with the CIS scheme, Job Costing, Applications and Retentions etc.

    4. We don’t use Jargon and we don’t judge. Our Support team are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We would rather you ring and get an answer straight away than sit and struggle on your own
