Online Support

Online support voted a huge success.  After using remote link software (allowing users to invite the support department to see their screen), for over twelve months, customers voted overwhelmingly that it even further improved our after sales support.  Customers commented on how it made explaining problems easier, quicker to solve and was even used for brief training sessions.
