CIA given official HMRC recognition for the new CIS Scheme.  All aspects of the new CIS Scheme are covered from online verification and submission of monthly returns to automatic production of monthly statements.

Document generation now possible.  Construction Industry Accounts (CIA) can be used to mail merge to Microsoft Word.  You can write your standard letters in word and allow CIA to update the relevant information for the addressee.

Online support voted a huge success.  After using remote link software (allowing users to invite the support department to see their screen), for over twelve months, customers voted overwhelmingly that it even further improved our after sales support.  Customers commented on how it made explaining problems easier, quicker to solve and was even used for brief training sessions.

New capability for users to add extra fields, allows any information to be recorded if you need to record three mobile numbers or add more lines for the address.  By creating new date fields you can update the calendar and work tasks.
