We changed our computer accounts software to CLiP IT Solutions in 2005 and have been very pleased with the system and back up support received during this time. CLiP IT Solutions pride ourselves on our support staff. Each member is fully trained on the software, both from the user’s point of view to the database structure and behind the scenes architecture. The support line is open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday; most importantly your calls are answered immediately. There is not a call waiting service, you speak to trained staff immediately, meaning your questions are answered as soon as possible.
We make use of the internet to remotely connect to your computer (after your initiation) enabling us to view your screen, this allows and even quicker resolution of problems. We are confident you will find our support line to be the best you have ever used.
