The new Real Time Information (RTI) scheme started on 6 April 2013 and during the first month over one million employers submitted their PAYE information in teal time. Initial Consultation

We will meet with you to discuss your software and hardware requirements.

Once we understand your needs we will discuss how we can help (or admit if we are unable to) then demonstrate the relevant product/s to you.

Advice

We will ensure you fully understand how Construction Industry Accounts (CIA) will assist you in the management of your company and how you will migrate to your new software system.

Hand Holding

We will be available to answer any questions or answer any advice on the whole process of starting a new system, from checking on hardware, the installation of the software by our fully trained staff, migrating your data (dependent on current system) to explaining the “Going Live” process and your training. We are always available.

Software Installation

Software installations are carried out by fully trained staff.

Training

On-site training is included as standard.

Support Line

CLiP IT Solutions pride ourselves on our support staff. Each member is fully trained on the software, both from the user’s point of view to the database structure and behind the scenes architecture. The support line is open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday; most importantly your calls are answered immediately. There is not a call waiting service, you speak to trained staff immediately, meaning your questions are answered as soon as possible.

We make use of the internet to remotely connect to your computer (after your initiation) enabling us to view your screen, this allows and even quicker resolution of problems. We are confident you will find our support line to be the best you have ever used.
